Ni4kids talks to the fitness folk who are helping kids across the land to kick-start their bodies into action…

Across the UK, and closer to home, there are a number of new schemes that are promoting a completely new and innovative way to inspire children to get out and get into sport.

No one could question the ambition for our kids to be as active and healthy as possible. Current NHS guidelines suggest children aged five to 16 need to do at least 60 minutes of daily aerobic activity, with children under five, who can walk unaided, being physically active for at least three hours spread throughout the day.
